- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge by the hour for most things, as I don't ever want a client to feel as if I am taking my time to benefit my billing. Most of my repair services have set rates and can be viewed on our website. (Yes, we post our prices. Not many of our competitors can say the same)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we get their information that way we can keep them informed while their computer is being serviced. This involves timely updates as to where we are in the process, as well as emailing an invoice at the end of the job for the client's record of what work was performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in computer networking and I also hold a Comptia A+ hardware maintenance and installation certification. I also have worked professionally in the IT industry for a little over 5 years now.
