During your first year, people often comment on how happy and healthy you look, reassuring that a little weight gain of 5 pounds is normal and a good sign that you are in happily in love. This can certainly be true. However, adding the yearly "happy" 5 pounds, I quickly found myself overweight and out of shape after only 3 years of marriage. I decided immediately after celebrating our 3rd anniversary that I would focus on exercising and eating right, and of course the weight would come off with no problems. That was not the case. After exercising for 3 months regularly, I was still overweight. I thought perhaps it could be my metabolism holding me back and decided I needed some expert advice to help in my weight loss goals.
Contacting Wonderfully Nutritious was exactly what I needed. Johane was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. After discussing my diet with her, she was able to pinpoint the areas that were hindering my weight loss and gave such easily manageable solutions. The best thing about contacting Wonderfully Nutritious and working with Johane, was that it was so easy to make her suggestions and recommendations a part of my everyday life. Instead being subjected to a strict and tasteless diet, Johane educated me on how to have delicious healthy meals full of flavor and still loose weight!
In two weeks I will be celebrating my 4th wedding anniversary and am happy to say I am 15 pounds lighter and I am continuing to maintain my healthy eating habits and choices thanks to Wonderfully Nutritious.

I was experiencing GI distress and did not have the energy and motivation to a lot of my day to day tasks. I was also experiencing some depression. I decided I needed to get professional help from a nutritionist/dietitian. Johane initially responded to my request and her response made me feel that there was a possibility that I could get some real help without having to use prescription medication. During my initial assessment, Johane was very thorough in providing her recommendations. She recommended that I follow a protocol that her practice offers which is called LEAP therapy. When my results came back, there were so many foods that I was intolerant to that most likely were causing the negative symptoms I've been experiencing. Johane has been very hands on and extremely responsive to my barrage of questions as I am going through the therapy. I wholeheartedly recommend Johane's practice to anyone who is looking for a caring, accommodating and thorough nutrition professional that will treat them specifically. Thank you Johane!!

Johane responded to my request for help with my diet with how she could help me. I filled out the forms she needed that gave her the information required to choose the foods for the recipes that are unique to me. She also gave me tools to use to buy the food I need. She did an amazing job and I highly recommend her.
