- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. We are willing to work with clients of all budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to review a quote and open a file for the potential client. Once a quote is reviewed we will contact the client. On the initial phone call we will schedule a meeting with the client to go over vision and contract. Upon signing of the contract half of the deposit is due to hold the date. Three days before the event the remaining balance is due. On the date of the event all services will be prompt and take place. Once services are rendered a receipt will be given as well as a survey of experience. A thank you letter will then be sent to customer within five days of the event thanking the customer for choosing our services.

We have no formal education/training. We are self-taught.
