Little Puerto Rico by Chef Chelsea

Introduction: I specialize in authentic Caribbean cooking. I was brought up in a Puerto Rican household and was taught our heritage flavors and cooking by my mother. I use the flavors and dishes from Puerto Rico and fuse them into Italian dishes as well. I create dishes full of flavor and use recipes that have been passed down for generations. Being Hispanic I have broadened my culinary point of view to other Caribbean and South American flavors. I decided to attend culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu and that is where I learned the skill and precision I have developed. I can cook anything a customer may need by adding a little of my personal flair. Satisfied, happy customers are what makes me keep doing my job. When a customer is comfortable and satisfied with the service and food they received - I know my job is done.
