Yes we have a specific standard of pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with assessing a customers needs. Questions we ask on first contact: what type of services are wanted, what are their expectations for the project? Depending on the size and type of project we will send a service technician out to complete the requested work or an estimator/designer to work through the details with the customer. From there pricing is agreed upon and work progresses. Communication through the process is paramount to make sure that all expectations are being met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the remodeling, home services, restoration and repair industry for over twenty years. We have worked with all major insurance carriers on insurance claims, property managers on commercial projects and city planners on playgrounds. We have continually sought to be current on all trends and building codes.
