Introduction: I am extremely flexible when working with clients and team up with them to find a treatment plan that is specific to their goals and needs. I often offer phone and online sessions, brief and structured health coaching visits, as well as "Walk It Out" therapy where we combine exercise and health coaching or counseling in one visit. Guiding people through their health and wellness journey is an absolute gift. Nothing could be more rewarding than the space I now share with people as I watch them grow and find strength within themselves. I am truly grateful for the individuals, couples, and families who have allowed me to be a part of their healing, and I am excited and invigorated for those who are just beginning.
