FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new clients is always an exciting process. Whether they are buying or selling, it's important for us to meet at my office or their house to figure out their situation and help them asses their next steps. Whether they need recommendations for lenders to apply with or carpet cleaners to get up any last-minute stains, I make sure to have my clients covered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of the "Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors" and "National Association of Realtors", maintaining continuing education is a must in order to stay up-to-date with changing real estate industry trends from a macro and micro level. In addition, a level of "code of ethics" must be achieved in order to retain the title "Realtor" (which is held to a higher professional standard than just being a "real estate agent").
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Having an Entrepreneurial spirit, naturally led me to want to start my own business. The ability to take something from scratch and build to scale, taking responsibility for the management, financial, and strategic marketing aspects has always seemed like a very exciting challenge. With a passion of meeting new people and a love for being creative, naturally all three came together and mesh perfectly in the world of Real Estate.
