- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For sellers- free comparative market analysis after initial consultation. This will let a customer know what similar properties in the area are selling for. For buyers - initial consultation can be phone or email. I like to find out what kind of property, location, size. Also if they buyer isn't preapproved, I can help with finding a lender
