FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and keep my prices as low as possible. if I get discounts on anything for the job i pass it on the customers... I will always try and make sure the customer gets the work done for the best price possible
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out meet the customer and shake hands. See what they exactly want done talk to you explain what's going to go on. what i can do to make sure it turns out like you want it too. usually I get back to you with a bid within a day or 2... sometimes it takes longer cuz I'm trying to find ways to save the you as much money as I can... my bids are always open for discussion before the job starts. I always do the payments in three stages. first before the job starts. second one in the middle ( day concrete shows up to pay them)... and then third and final payment when the job is completed. i only take money the day before or the day of us starting. leave equipment on jobsite to insure you we on coming back.
