- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I review what the client wants from the writing content and discuss the purpose of the work requested. When details are finalized, I create the content. Through the entire process, I communicate any additional questions or ideas with the client to ensure the written content meets or exceeds their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my bachelor degree from Texas Tech University in English. Years of work experience including: the education field where I taught writing and grammar to high school students, writing social media content, blog content, and checklists for marketing clients, journalism in writing articles for a newspaper in SLC, and personal experience writing novels and other books.
