Dear Tom Whenever l send an estimate, l am sure to let the potential client know l have to see the house before we come to an agreement, thus making it a request of mine and not yours. Also, when l quote on a cleaning, l take into consideration what type of job l do and how long l think it will take me to get said job done. Upon arrival, you made sure to let me know first hand your previous cleaning ladies would spend no less than 8 hours cleaning. You also got visibly upset when l told you l have people who come over with me, as a one person crew is your preference. You then proceeded to let me know you need the person to clean your floors on hands and knees, which l usually don't do because l own the proper equipment to do my job perfectly without having to crawl around. Ultimately, upon mine letting you know my toddler has ashtma and if she got sick l would send my helpers on their own so l could care for my child, your exact words were "l want a person whose priority is me, not their child", which led me to believe l was at the liberty to charge you accordingly. Thank you for trying to ruin my reputation when all l'm doing is trying to decently earn a living.
