- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of packages and custom services and I am always happy to work to meet a customer’s budget and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always happy to discuss my customer’s needs via phone, email or face-to-face. Once we’ve determined their needs and agreed on a budget, I send a standard contract and invoice for a 50% deposit in order to reserve my services. Depending on the project type, I often create a questionnaire that lines out any and all logistical questions and considerations for filming days. Once all footage is captured and edited to my customer’s liking, I transfer them digital copies of the final product online as well as all raw/working files to them on an external Hard Drive via mail. Once they’ve received all of their videos I request the final 50% payment.

I have created video campaigns for a Fortune 500 company, corporate promotions for many Businesses, Event And Wedding Videos for a variety of clients, and short film.
