To respond to the reply and picture above that I sent to you, I found this email in my trash folder which came from my bulk folder. Your email was flagged as spam and it was dropped into junk folder. After 30 days in junk folder it's moved to trash folder which is where I just found it. I did not know it was in junk or trash folder. And since I believed I did not receive it plus can not leave you of voicemails we did not communicate again until today. After you told me you would send it, you also told me that we would talk after the rain that delayed our potential start date after we had a 15-20 minutes conversation. But I still needed he information to verify the pricing was correct. You also did not confirm job through Thumbtack and hire us until this morning at 10:30am just so you could post a negative review. I still could not proceed with your work until your confirmed and hired us through Thumbtack. So even if I had been able to view the mail and information, I still could not start until you confirmed and hired us though Thumbtack. We go through Thumbtack to protect our business and the customer we are working with on projects. You were trying to get us to come out and tench yournproject so you could install irrigation yourself. I am not a excavation or trenching company, I install and repair full irrigation systems. So I was trying to help you out. But even with my saying sorry for miscommunication you are not willing to admit you gas not even hired our company yet. I take it personally when you attack my business integrity and all the people that work with me in our company.
