- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start the estimate process based on the scope of work and the materials the client wants to use. Then we get the estimate approved and the job scheduled. Once everything is agreed upon, we invoice for the upfront amount. Then weekly we invoice for the work completed. We work till the job is done. If additional items are added by the client or by us(not known before estimate) then we will invoice for those along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years experience in remodeling homes. We love what we do and are very proud of our work.
