David contacted me quickly and then came by for an estimate that evening. He looked at the door repair we needed and, realizing it was not a big job, he told me how to do it. He explained what the problem was and each thing I should do. He was going to leave without any payment, but since he really did solve my problem (I was able to fix it in less than an hour) I wanted to pay home like you pay a plumber for any home visit. I will call him next time I need work done that I can't do myself.
