- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our personal injury cases are handled on a 1/3 contingency basis. This means the client does not owe any costs or have to pay any fees during the course of their case. Once their case is resolved our fee and costs come out of the recovery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we will schedule an initial meeting or phone call and discuss the client's circumstances in detail.
