- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price will always be in the middle. We hand pick the meats and all sides will be hand made along with all sauces and rubs. We inject all the meats to insure the meat will remain tender and moist. Simply put you will get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask what you want and work along side you and give you the best food and service you deserve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been smoking for 15 years my partner opened up the store front and I wanted to just cater to my BBQ customers.
