Didn't show up at the time arranged. I sent message at 6 minutes asking where they were, and waited 50 minutes. No messages, no show. Sent them "you're fired".
Got a call later saying employee in accident on way. Proprietor came and handled the job. Still unhappy with professionalism, though. Was quoted a discounted price to get the job back, then they did a bunch more work without quoting any change, asked for payment of double the discounted quote (which was more than reasonable price for the work done) then the other partner billed me for $100 more than the ask. Quality of the work done was first rate. Had quoted me another job that I needed done, and have not gotten back to me. Get it in writing before doing business with these folks.
