- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several packages starting with lower end to higher end. Some packages are for photo alone, some for video alone and some for both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings, we meet with you up front, discuss our services and provide you with the contract. We ask for 25 percent down on the contract as a non-refundable retainer fee. Other photography work is set up through a phone call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Randy has years of experience and training in video editing and 20 years of experience as a portrait photographer. Lori is a former journalist and photojournalist.
