- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes and no. i mainly charge a flat fee for certain repairs like a lcd screen repair i charge a flat fee plus the price of the part, and a virus removal i mainly charge a flat fee but before i charge i like to diagnose the problem then i will adjust the amount of time it takes to do the repair to how much i will charge.

I like to get to know them and then i will start asking them about their issues i like to ask questions on what

i have 5 years of computer repair experience and i also went to college to study networking and computer repair.
