I have been working out with Katelyn for three weeks. I have noticed (even with a little diet cheating) and more importantly, my family and coworkers have noticed a change in the way I look. I workout 3-4 times per week with Katelyn and an additional 1-2 times more with cardio on my own. I highly recommend her services. She changes up our routine almost every day that we work out together. She has enough great energy and motivation to get us both going early in the morning. I believe we will be working out together for a long time. Thanks Katelyn for all you do for me!
