- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer shows their interest in hiring TNT Dynamite Cleaning we have a team member to contact them using the contact information they provide to the site. On the initial contact we begin to access their needs to see if we can come up with a solution for them. We gather a few more details and offer to send a team member out for an estimate. We never charge for estimates because it is our goal to make sure we are a good match for the job. After reaching an agreement we schedule a time most convenient for the customer to execute the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands on training of course, but also by working for a larger more commercial company we were trained on things such as; how to properly clean certain surfaces, how to mix and chemicals, cross contamination guidelines, spill safety, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for a former cleaning company here in Arkansas back in 2012. Of course we were working for a company using specific guidelines in their contract. So when customers had special needs that deviated from those guidelines we would have to refer them to our employer. Sometimes this was an inconvenience for our customer ( to say the least ). So the idea of going into business for ourselves was tossed around for a while until finally we decided to try this.
