Introduction: I clean before move ins and after move outs as well as occupied homes for people. I try to keep my fee at a reasonible price. I do very thorough and detailed work. I do not mind doing anything that the customer may need done. I sanitize and disinfect everything. I provide my own supplies unless the customer request or prefers me to use something different they may have. Here is a detailed list of things I clean: stove and oven inside and out( complexes only unless customer requested charge may differ), venta hood top and underneath, refrigerator freezer inside and out also rubber seal around inside(complexes only unless requested charge may differ), dishwasher inside and out(as requested), light fixtures and switches, cabinets inside and out(occupied homes as requested), sinks and faucets,floors vac and mop, appliances pulled out (complexes only unless requested charge may differ, toilets inside and out including base around floor, bathtub inside and out, guardrail, medicine cabinet(complexes only unless requested charge may differ), front door area door cleaned area swept spider webs removed(complexes only unless requested charge may differ), mirrors, HVAC closet(complexes only), ceiling fans,window sills and inside glass, blinds(complexes only unless requested charge may differ), closet areas(only unoccupied), baseboards(unoccupied only unless requested), exterior doors-knob spider webs off and sweep-dirt off doors-exterior light-sweep area clean-sliding glass door cleaned(unoccupied only unless requested), dust any and all surface areas not mentioned above. I am a smoker. I will only smoke outside or in my car as requested. I will not throw my cig. butts on the ground I will throw them away immediately. unless not smoking requested.
