- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic website starts at $450. The final price is dependent upon many factors: regular website or eCommerce, how many pages, what is the purpose & goal of the website, do you need to accept reservations or bookings, apps / plugins that are used, etc. Administrative work is $45 / hour. Time is tracked per minute and billed in 15 min increments. Here are some examples of administrative tasks we can manage for you: submitting your expense reports, managing your calendar and meetings, scheduling meetings for you, phone screening for new hires, invoicing your clients, following-up with outstanding invoices to make sure you get paid, booking travel trips, preparing PPT presentations, organizing your contact database, the list is endless!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a new client is local then I usually like to arrange an initial F2F meeting to go over their needs. Otherwise, my preferred process is to recap what I feel they need in an email and send it to them for review and approval. I am very independent and am a pro at troubleshooting tasks, which eliminates the need to pester my clients all day! If I am designing a website, I always send the preliminary design to my client before proceeding to make sure I am on the right path.

Website Design: 5+ years of passionately designing websites and certification as a Wix Webmaster. Administrative: 20+ years assisting top level management in Switzerland and USA.
