FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Real Estate homes, the pricing can start as low as $400 depending upon a few factors, distance from AirPix headquarters, editing options chosen, and the size of the property. Jobs can also go up as high as $2500 or more depending on the type of editing you choose. Most jobs can be done within 72 hours. There is a pricing sheet available upon request and you can see what addons you would like to include in the editing package. The editing package comes with lots of cool features, if you want more exciting state of the art video editing features to help get your business looking top-notch, those will be a la mode. Other Events will be based upon an $80 per battery fee. and drive time to get to the event. My Drone has batteries that last approximately 25 min. depending upon weather conditions. i have 6 batteries so i could continuously record over 2.5 hours of film for your event Pricing sheet is available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
AirPix has a simple process, once the job has been accepted by both parties, we will have a short conversation about what is needed and any extra information that is pertinent to the job. Once we have both agreed upon terms, I will get the address and give a window for my job to be completed. If it is an event, i will be there before hand to set up and scope out the scenery for any obstacles I may have to avoid during my flight. After the job is completed, you have a choice of either getting the sd card or opting for a link with the data or if you choose editing I will get the editing done asap and get you that link to download the final products. It's that easy! I look forward to working with you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken the UAV certification class and am in process of getting a commercial pilot's license. Neither of these classes are required but I know that my clients will be happy to know that I went the extra mile to be in (pre)compliance. Other real world experience is flying the DJI Phantom 3 professional 4k drone for the past 2 yrs. i have experienced alot of different emergency situations and have learned how to prevent most mishaps from occuriong in the first place. Soon I will be upgrading to an Inspire 1 professional black edition with Dual Remotes and the DJI Zenmuse X5 camera - this will exponentially increase my photography and video capabilities, but with new equipment will come price increases, so please accept my bid now before my prices go up! thanks!
