- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do have a standard flexible pricing system. I have a sliding scale fixed price model/matrix that allows a potential client choose the best option for them covering needs such as career decision making, career transition, new job assimilation/integration, ongoing career management, and/or leadership development. The program can be selected and customized by desired deliverables, duration of program, level of client, budget, and desired outcomes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a complete situation analysis, followed by written assessments, career/job decision making, tools development such as branding statement, resume development, LinkedIn optimization, personal brand profile, marketing plan, and on-going personal coaching. I then add on a robust patented e-learning technology caller the CAreer Management System (CMS). CMS offers best-practice job search learnings by leveraging 21 sequential written lessons, 12 hour long webinars, resume writing service, job board aggregator, market research database, chat room/message board, resume and cover letter templates, networking contacts and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS degree, 20+ years in executive search, leading a large region for a global outplacement, leadership development, and talent management consulting firm. For the past 6 years I have been serving as a career, leadership and performance coach under my company name of Cornerstone Performance Group, LLC. I am certified nationally and internationally by Right Management and Coachnet International. I have successfully served hundreds of clients across a broad spectrum up industries and levels.
