FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because most projects are unique and based on client needs, pricing estimates are provided after an initial consultation. Ballpark estimates may be possible, but given many variances with scope and complexity of a project, it's more appropriate to provide a custom estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with a potential client at their home or the project site to get to know them and to discuss the project & budget. During this conversation, I take notes, photos and measurements based on client input. After that, I create an estimate within a couple of business days, which is emailed to the client. As follow up, I discuss the estimate with the client and make potential adjustments as needed. Once agreement is reached on budget and timeline, the work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I carry my General Contractors license, am fully insured, and have been in the construction industry for over 25 years, beginning upon high school graduation. This tenure in the industry allowed me to accumulate a vast stable of knowledge for residential build and remodels, ranging from framing to custom interior carpentry to kitchen & bath remodels.
