Introduction: I am an Integral Coach and work with clients in all areas of life. I am passionate about helping others navigate their professional and personal lives with an emphasis on finding balance. I take great care in holding space for my clients as they move along on their desired paths to their goals. I believe that I have been gifted with being able help my clients develop insight and move that insight into a new way of being in the world.
My Integral work coupled with my work in organizations for the last 20 years allow me great insight into both professional and executive coaching as well as career coaching. I have worked with entrepreneurs, executives, middle managers and front line supervisors in all areas of their professional life.
My experience as a Conflict Mediator and Certified Coach have allowed for depth and breadth of experience in working through the challenges life provides us, relationship conflict, organizational change, career change and/or professional development.
I possess a BSBA in Management, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a Conflict Mediator, a Certified Organizational Development Professional and a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner. I am Certified Integral Coach work New Ventures West in San Francisco.
Coaching is my calling and vocation. I also feel very comfortable assisting my clients in navigating life in a holistic way. Being a certified Integral Coach means that I bring an integral approach to my work by bringing head (clarity and focus), heart (joy and compassion) and body (calm and centeredness) together in an approach that is sustainable and provides a pathway for personal growth and development. In so doing, engaged clients can expect long-term excellence, with an ability to identify self-correcting and self-generating behaviors.
I have also been successful in bridging the gap of understanding in my work in conflict. Certainly integral to success, my approach to conflict resolution honors openness, honesty and health. I like to remind all my clients that “Although the direction of our paths may not always be clear and we may lose our focus, there is comfort in knowing you can always find your way”
