- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices that are discussed on Thumbtack are discounted prices than our featured prices on our website. We try to fit pricing based on our clients and their demands.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first would schedule a date, time, and area to conduct the photography shoot. Then weeks prior to the date, we would converse to figure out the type of setting and style the final pictures would give out. During the day of the shoot, we make it our number one priority to make you as comfortable as possible to gather the most genuine, loving, and heartfelt pictures of your and your family/significant other. We will deliver the edited final photos in the following days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained by the school of life. Experience is the greatest teacher. I have taken many pictures in my day and my experiences have shown me what adjustments to make to correct my mistakes. I photographed everything from: weddings, baby showers, newborn photos, to landscape and many other occasions.
