- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal at I Love Crazy Dough is to be trendy, yet affordable. We will do everything to help you with the food at your event. We even offer service personnel at affordable rates. At most, we charge a 10% delivery fee outside the immediate Littleton area, and we even offer shipping of select items need be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first contact, we want to get a basic idea of what foods and services you are interested in. We then will submit you a formal quote, at which point, we can make any desired adjustments. Once we are in agreement, we do require a 25% deposit, with the remainder due the day of the event. When pricing is done per head, we require a final headcount 7 days prior to your event to ensure we have enough product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in various management jobs for a Fortune 50 company for the past 12 years. I have dealt with various food aspects from quick serve to self service retail. In-conjunct with great guidance from my mom who has spent several years of her life in banquets and catering, along with a vast family knowledge of cooking all my life, I have built I Love Crazy Dough. On staff, I have similarly food experienced personnel which ensure presentation and deliciousness are delivered time and again.
