- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my jobs are charged at an hourly rate, but a flat rate may be an option depending on the size and scope of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do an initial meeting so I can check out what work needs done and discuss it, then I will put together a material list and we can schedule a time for me to come do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years experience in home maintenance, repair, woodworking, and carpentry. I work part time in the Colorado Air National Guard as a Structural Journeyman. Watching how-to and home improvement videos has helped me expand my knowledge and stay on-top of what's new.
