We messaged on thumbtack to set a cleaning date. The owner came and said it was just a consultation. When submitting my square footage I was generous. Thumbtack said $170 for a deep clean, great! They showed up for what we thought was the cleaning and said there was another 30 for cleaning supplies and mileage, even though it eludes you to believe included. They call to come early the day of, and an individual keeps accidentally calling us instead of another customer. The cleaning is ok, when we ordered a deep clean. Dirty sink, dirty microwave, spotty banister that wiped off when I rubbed it with my finger. Smudges all over the master mirror on the top, water marks all over the shower. Dust in master side tables and lamps. We just had the carpets steamed and thought that would make the cleaning easier, we were then charged another $40 because it took too long? Finally, they cleaned our floors on the main level and used an oil on a laminate hardwood. Smudges everywhere and really sticky. Less than impressed

Ma’am actually you left a review for the wrong contractor I was notified you went with another cleaning contractor so actually what you need to do is mark the cleaners you hired as hired and leave them a review for the work that was performed because Faith Knoll Cleaning never serviced your property but you should have went with us we would have took care of you! Next time.

Faith did a nice job. She was available at short notice over the weekend, which was great. However, we were quoted at $165 for our service on thumbtack. We have an averaged sized house, about 1,500 sq ft. Our normal bi-weekly cleaning service is $85. Her fee ended up being $363. Again, she did a nice job. But by the time I got her real quote, it was same day of the service so I didn’t have a chance to secure anyone else. I would definitely hire her again, if her prices were more reasonable...MUCH more reasonable.
