- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Portrait packages start from $250.00 per session. Sessions last up to 60 minutes and include 25 fully edited digital images available via download. Additional images, if available, are able to be purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend a little bit of time with you, either via a telephone conversation, or in person over coffee. I want to understand what you have in mind, look over any ideas you have and make suggestions based on my expertise. At the conclusion of this first meeting we will have an idea of location for the session, clothing choices and the style of pictures we will be taking. A contract and welcome pack will be sent at this point and your session date and time will be booked. I will contact you again 10 days prior to your session to confirm the details and make sure nothing has changed. I will text you a reminder the day prior and make sure there are no last minute changes or things I should be aware of. For me, communication is key to making sure your session and experience is the best it can be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking photographs semi-professionally for 6 years and professionally for 4 years. I have a Diploma in Photography from the Australian Photographic Institution.
