I have known Michelle for 13 years. She was my manager and trainer at the Canoe Club Restaurant of Orland Park. Michelle had great knowledge of her craft and combined that with hard work and dedication. Michelle is an excellent communicator which makes her a great teacher. She has a grace under pressure and can be counted on always to perform at the highest level. She has grit! Michelle is also charitable with her time and is a first responder to help others. She has been a rock for many in need. Michelle is one of the few people I have met in my life that inspire me. She is a person of honor and integrity and will never compromise her high standards. I am honored to have worked with her and to call her my friend.

Was able to quickly reformat some business documents. My company was using faded copies of a form, filling them out by hand, scanning them in and emailing them. She took 3 forms and put them into a word document where I could type I the information, convert to PDF and email. This cuts down in time and wasted paper. I put them on a shared drive at work and my boss was impressed and my colleagues we all very grateful. She was able to get me the documents the same day - even though there was no deadline - and didn't upcharge me for the expedited services.
