- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our set menus work on a 'per person, per dish' system. Each menu has a separate list of salads, soups, proteins, sides, and desserts, with a separate cost- per serving/person. This allows you to customize your own meal completely while providing a complete meal at an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I like to connect with a new customer via phone and email to get a sense of what it is they are looking for. I can either send our set menus out or we can customize a meal entirely for you! Once we have had a chance to discuss your specific needs, I will send a complete quote for approval. Depending on the size of the event I may require a retainer, which we will always discuss in advance. If you require a tasting of any sort I can also accommodate you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Though I don't possess any formal certificates of training, I have a tremendous amount of skill acquired through long hours of practice :-)
