Introduction: We stand out due to our amazing smoked food. We have the capability to cook from small parties all the way up to 500 pounds of meat! Our red oak smoked tri-tip brings the taste of the south combine with traditional Santa Maria style flavor !
I enjoy food and people so what better way than to cater to do the two things I enjoy. Now if I can involve fishing in there somehow I'll be set!

Mike is an excellent BBQ Chef. Mike did a party of 200. everything was perfect and the price was very reasonable for what was asked of him. Everybody left very full and much satisfied. Thanks again Mike

Great for any event. How good the food is always the hot topic at every event ive done and he now the first person I call when I need food catered.
