- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the clients needs, I may work on an hourly rate, though prefer to work on flat monthly rate where the client gets more bang for their buck and I have consistency moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a discovery call where I assess the client's biggest needs, provide advice, and garner the information I need to make a proposal. If the proposal is accepted, I move forward immediately providing updates to the client as needed, possibly daily or weekly depending on the needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Business & Music degree from the University of Southern California and 16 years of entrepreneurial, business development, and operations experience.
