They did a very poor job cleaning my apartment for a move out clean. Nearly everything was left dirty aside from the bathroom. This was for a move out clean, we spoke about exactly what needed to be cleaned and none of the things we discussed were cleaned. On top of the very bad cleaning, the customer service after the fact was infuriating. No offers to correct the situation in any capacity. Please just look at the pictures and see for yourself before you decide to use this service. The only positive is that our cleaner was a nice friendly person. The follow up from management has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Stay away from this company at any cost. If you have a bad experience they will not care whatsoever. You are better off just not cleaning your house at all. It will be the same effect and not cost you any money.Jul 10, 2018Verified

This company contacted me via Thumbtack because I filled out information for a Move Out cleaning, if you are looking for a Move Out cleaning you know what it entails. I was originally quoted 280. I called around and found a woman who does it for 150. This company then sent me a message saying they quoted me wrong any they would charge 165. In my haste and due to the stress of moving I didn't fully read the UPDATED Quote. I went with this company over the 150 due to their availability. On the morning of my appt I received a a text from Mia the woman who was cleaning my house indicating she needed to talk to me. In our conversation she informed me that the office person who gave me the quote was incorrect and a Move Out cleaning would actually be more like 340 not 280 and not 165 but 340! More than double what I could have paid somewhere else. I was really upset. I couldn't get over the fact that they waited until the morning not even an hour prior to my appt to get in touch with me and tell me the price was wrong. I felt like it was a bait and switch and I told her not to come. She repeatedly said "but we are already on our way" I felt stuck since I needed to have my house cleaned and no longer had the luxury of time. I told her I only had 250. She said they would do "the best they could for that price". Bottom line. They cleaned my bathroom very well and did a decent job on the rest of the house. Jose has been fantastic. He always arrives 15 minutes early, communicates any issues, sends photos when requested and does a great job. More importantly, he is a problem solver! I can't stress how difficult this is to find. I had guests checking in to my Airbnb and I had run out of soap. Jose went to the store and got more, only to realize there was a problem with the washer. He offered to take everything to a laundromat which made my life so much less stressful. There are less expensive cleaners out there, but if you want reliability, professionalism, quality work and problem solvers you can't go wrong!Jul 21, 2018Verified
