Introduction: My name is Melissa Frye and I am a certified Life Coach and Life Mastery Consultant who's passion is helping people overcome the paradigms and old belief systems that stand in the way of having a life they truly love living. Driven by my own childhood trauma, recovery from substance abuse, relationship hurdles, autoimmune disease, and career crisis, I am passionately inspired by what life has taught me and the lessons I've had the opportunity to gain from them. I believe nothing happens to us by mistake. Life's not happening to us; It's happening for us. I find that human beings usually have 5 areas that should be maintained on a regular basis. Health Love & Relationships Time & Money Work & Creative Expression Connection to Something Greater When one is out of balance, our whole life seems to be affected by it. I believe it's because these 5 areas work together to keep us in balance. So when one is suffering, it affects our life as a whole. Having overcome my own struggles and many challenges in my own life, I understand that life can be hard and extremely challenging. But the beauty is, that when we change the way we think, we begin to change our lives in a very positive way. By shifting the way we think about ourselves and the world around us, we begin to take inspired action that transforms our results and our habits so that we begin to step out of fear and into faith. I believe that we shouldn't have to hide in the shadows of our past and let it dictate who we can become, the relationships we can have, or the quality of life we desire to live. I believe our current circumstances shouldn't dictate what we can do here and now. My job as your Life Coach is to give you the necessary support you need along with a system that works so that you can change old habits, thought forms, and paradigms and live the life you truly love living. I get so much joy watching clients grow in ways they never dreamed possible. Being able to be a part of someone's AHA moment is the best feeling ever. It's like watching someone come alive. To use my experiences as a gift to help others offers so much inspiration for me. I LOVE helping people dream big and accomplish transformational change. Because my passion is connecting and listening to people on a very deep and honest level, I get to connect with people in a very soulful way and watch them transform their lives. My favorite expression quoted by Prince EA is "Everyone dies, but not everyone lives." It's time to start living.
