Lounge ceiling partly collapsed following leak from radiator, including damage to the original Victorian coving and ceiling rose.
Omar was the first person to explain how he could retain and restore the original features, and gave a longer timeline for completion at a very competitive price.
We were extremely relieved and happy to have hired them for the following reasons:
1. Punctuality - Always on time, and works extremely hard. As soon as I hired I felt confident.
2. Workmanship - By far the best painters I have seen - very skilled and did an amazing job at retaining the original features.
3. Dedication - Could have easily rushed the job, but took time to ensure the job was completed to the highest standard. 4 days work were originally expected, but worked 6 days at no extra cost for the additional days. Also worked the weekend to ensure the job could be completed.
4. Politeness and cleanliness - Very polite, friendly and are a pleasure to have in the place of business. This was a potentially messy job but they ensured the lounge was sealed as best as possible to avoid dust elsewhere. Also painted and plastered the rest of the lounge, for a very good price. The lounge looks amazing now.

Turned up when said and I was updated by Martha all the way through, and also was told exactly when I will receive the proposal and Martha send me not only an email, but followed up by a text. Than they did the job as agreed without any problems. I can recommend them without question for other jobs in the area and would use again without any hesitation. The living room and bedroom looks great now, with new double coat of quality and not some cheap paint and the holes and scratches that were there before are not there anymore. Yes, I could have hired a shoemaker and than repaint ten times, but I rather pay $1 more literally than have paint chip on me next day. Thanks very much!

I am really pleased with the work . They took on extra jobs too and also advised me along the way on alternative solutions. They went the extra mile and returned some doors to a hardware store that I ordered before hand incorrectly. They picked up the right ones then hung them all for me too.
Martha also kept me fully informed and regularly too. They factored in the changing work into the price and again gave a really fair bill to me at the end of it. The newly plastered ceilings and renovated fireplace look great.I hope to give Martha a call back in the future once I am ready to do my kitchen up. Thanks for all your hard work

Did a fantastic job in our house. Professional from the start, giving advice on how to resolve particular issues, was happy to explain the details, and gave a detailed quote in advanced and a clear invoice at the end. Martha and her team did a great job, were flexible working with our schedule, and addressing various issues that came up along the job even if they were not directly related to the original job.

Remarkably easy going - nothing appears to be an un-resolveable problem ... The job was easily achieved by in the timescale we had agreed and to a very high standard - and at a very good price. I would highly recommend and will certainly employagain on my refurbishment as it unfolds.
