I recently purchased a new computer that I work from home on. Charles totally set it up for me, connected all my printers and scanner, transferred everything from the old computer to the new, set up all if my emails, and made sure I was able to log on to the server I work from. The best part of all of this is his knowledge and ability to get the job done and quickly and efficiently often times when I can't answer the questions that would help him to accomplish the task I have requested of him. Charles is very patient and I totally trust him. He makes himself available when you need him and works until he gets the job done! I highly recommend him!

I have been using Chuck for IT work since 2012 and am very happy with his knowledge and performance. My business is accounting across the United States and I have some complicated processes to keep my main work computer in top shape and preform backups so I will be able to have a backup computer if something should happen to my main computer. Chuck gets back to me within a timely manner and takes care of my issue.
