FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is based off our price sheet and all pricing is consistent from project to project. We offer numerous discounts and promotions through out the year, including a veteran discount and senior discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for us when working with a new customer is as follows: 1) Initial email or phone call to the customer explaining who we are, what we do, how long we have been in the industry, our webpage link, warranty information, and our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. 2) The estimate, "bid", process. Includes setting up a meeting in person at the proposed job site (if needed), measurements, design and design ideas, material options, detailed labor and material costs, discount offers (if any), payment options, and the total amounts for labor and materials. 3) Reviewing the estimate with the customer and answering questions or concerns they might have. 4) Scheduling the project timeline. 5) Begin working, while sending project updates throughout the process. 6) Payment upon completion of work and signed warranty document and signed customer satisfaction document.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally I have over fifteen years of experience in the trade and industry. Including sales, installations, product information and the newest systems and materials, and customer service skills. Some of the sub contractors we use have even more years in the industry, i.e. Dan one of our sub contractors has been in the trade for over twenty five years!
