FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$125 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone call to ensure I understand what are your needs and for you to decide if I'm a good fit. Then we will set up an appointment, often within 24 hours if that works for you. I will email you my paperwork to print, fill out and bring with you to the first session. Our first session involves me getting to know you, what makes you seek therapy at this time, and your goals for therapy. We also review my counseling agreement and your intake paperwork to look for any red flags I should know about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have PhD and master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, a master's degree in sociology with a concentration in sex and gender, and a bachelor's degree in psychology, I've been specially trained in trauma treatment such as EMDR, Prolonged Exposure therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness. I am also an approved clinical supervisor.
