I needed a 16' fence with 2-4 1/2' gates. Keith completed this
project in a timely fashion and it looks very good and functions great. I would recommend him and will use him again.

Not perfect, but good experience - he charged $225 for replacing the drywall behind two rows of tiles on one side of a tile shower. Communication was mostly over Thumbtack. The work was done in a timely manor, but when the tile was put back on, it didn't line up properly with the old tile - probably didn't chip the old grout off the tiles before putting back, so they were slightly larger than bare tile.
On an upside, he did clean the grout on the rest of the shower and provide grout sealant which I applied after the job was done. Keith cleaned up after himself very well. Overall, I'd recommend Keith.

Keith did some insulation, framing, and electric work in my basement. Keith apparently knows nothing about the building codes or inspection procedures in the city of Golden where he is registered as a contractor. Keith ignored my advice to use 2x3's in my basement framing job, opting to rip down 2x4's instead, before eventually asking me to go buy more 2x3's. He didn't know how to build a floating wall. He insisted on using expanding bolts (red heads) on the base plate rather than the powder actuated nail gun that i bought for this project, making a lot of messy unnecessary work for himself. Keith did not understand the fireblocking or draft stopping requirements. He didn't use any nail plates where they were needed. He didn't use enough wire staples, he didn't use wire clamps on the junction boxes, and left about 10 junction boxes in places where the were not accessible. Keith used the wrong kind of wire to install the smoke detectors. After he finished there were still outlets that didn't work at all. In the bathroom the electric outlet doesn't work but an appliance plugged into that outlet does controll the bathroom light!
When the inspector came we failed the framing and electric inspections.
I paid more than $3k for the work he did but after failing the inspection Keith wouldn't even schedule a time to come back and fix the problems. I wish i had never hired Keith's Custom Remodeling.
