FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A one hour individual price is $65. I have discounted rates for purchasing multiple sessions up front and in packages of 5 and 10 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I like to have a detailed phone conversation to obtain health history, past and current injuries, talk about specific goals and discuss a plan of action. The first live session will be a movement assessment to determine muscle imbalances and posture compensations, and an abdominal / core assessment to determine strength and balance components. From this information, I devise a specific plan to begin the workouts. Within this first session abdominal training will also be addressed. All workouts are progressive meaning, the stronger you become, the more I will do with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education with an emphasis in Bio Mechanics, Advanced Anatomy and Kiniseology. I hold Fitness Certifications through ASCM, NASM,ACE, AFAA, PRCS . I have gone through EMT training and am CPR / AED certified.
