Introduction: I am a Posture and Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I believe in teaching my clients how to apply what I teach them to their every day lives to enable them to keep getting stronger with age! I hold a Bachelor of Science Fitness Degree and multiple advanced Fitness Certifications. I have 30 years of Specialized Fitness incorporating the disciplines of Corrective Exercise for Posture and Spine, Strength & Conditioning for Sports, Injury Prevention, Tai Chi, Pilates, Functional Flexibility, TRX, Foam Roller, Stability Ball. I enjoy seeing the look on my clients faces when they have an epiphany about their fitness. I enjoy seeing their improvement in a sport or movement they believed they would never do again. I enjoy helping them to eliminate those chronic pains.

I specifically came to Boulder, Colorado to work with Cyndy Reid as I myself am a professional in the fitness industry. She works well with all age groups but, really understands the aging body which we do not have covered in the fitness industry. Functional movement is critical as we age and Cyndy has these skills plus a plethora of other movement skills covered. She is a mature professional who has excellent communication skills which allow the client to reach their specific needs and goals. I've worked with several trainers over the years. At age 65, with significant back issues, I started training with Cyndy. She is superior. Knowing my goals, she crafted sessions that in three months have strengthened my core, improved my posture and enhanced my self confidence. Her knowledge is extraordinary, and her ability to fine tune the appropriate progressions to keep me pain and injury free is remarkable.

Cyndy's private fitness sessions are amazing! She assisted me in building strength, when I didn't think it was possible. She worked with me gradually, at the pace my body could handle, and now I'm stronger. She also gave me exercises that I can do on my own to continue advancing!

Cyndy has amazing knowledge of body mechanics and is gifted in adjusting exercises to meet individual needs. Her workouts are fun and diverse so it is never boring. You will see changes in your muscle tone, strength and energy. I give Cyndy a 10!
