Introduction: Treat your employees to a group yoga class right in your office! Healthy employees are BETTER employees. Through incorporating the physical and mental tools of yoga that promote increased energy, stress management, increased flexibility and overall balance, I work with your company to develop a holistic wellness class that complements and enhances your workplace culture, morale and overall health. With the busy professional in mind, my classes emphasize themes such as shoulder, back and core strengthening postures which assist in posture alignment to counteract the hours spent at the computer, on the phone and in the car. I develop a customized program that meets the unique needs of your workplace environment and team in a safe, fun environment. Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. I specialize in teaching beginner students the fundamentals for a strong yoga journey. I hope to bring healing and happiness to people seeking a holistic healthy life in a fast-paced world.
