- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with various budgets to help accommodate your desired menu. If we cannot match your precise menu based upon your budget we will be happy to create an array of options for you to choose from. We accept orders of $400.00 or more unless located within the Longview/Kilgore/Tyler area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial process is to find our clients' needs and event specifics (i.e. date, location, budget, etc.) Next we will provide quotes, after quotes are provided we then follow up with client to see if needs have been met or we modify/adjust quote. Once quote is accepted we move forward with event preparations, tasting may be set up before hiring, each tasting is $100.00 and feeds up to three. A secured deposit is required prices vary based upon event and service type. Payments are due 14 (fourteen) business days prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have owned and operated a very successful JTeez Cafe' Restaurant and Catering for 3 (three) years. We have worked with many incredible industry professionals.
