Introduction: Life coaching is a helping field that attracts professionals who are educated and trained to help clients feel more satisfied, to be more engaged with life, find more meaning and have higher hopes. As a coach I have a professional commitment to servicing the whole person by co-creating a positive partnership built on trust, respect and confidentiality. This collaborative partnership is non-directive and it is done "from the inside out rather than from the outside in". There's no personal agenda or investment in a client taking one path versus another. Instead, I will listen for and focus on the gap between where a client is now and where the client senses they want to be. As a coach I enjoy developing a healthy coaching relationship and watching my clients grow. Helping them recognize their "who", supporting them to make conscious choices about their life based on optimistic perspectives, and encouraging them to find their own solutions to problems, feelings and life situations. Witnessing clients emerge through healing, reclaiming their personal power and peace from sometimes the darkest places in their lives is simply amazing. The best reward a coach will ever have is when a client has reached what they believe to be their full potential!
