Not only were the workouts well thought out and orchestrated with way more than I ever knew about fitness (activation, mobility, plyometrics, etc.), Andrew is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the body - I feel like I learn something every time we workout. He also went above and beyond by sending me suggested restaurants to eat at in my area to support my health goals. I appreciate everything you do to make our sessions great! Highly recommend.

Andrew is an exceptional person. Yes, he's a great trainer with tremendous knowledge of human physiology and muscle anatomy. But more impressively, his passion for living healthy in both mind and body are truly inspirational for me - making working out much more than just lifting weights or doing cardio. Andrew's intense focus to train "the right way", has allowed me to continue working out and making tremendous progress towards my goal of being fit at 60 - and I don't fear debilitating injuries working out with him He has an amazingly creative approach to fitness - combining weight training, body weight exercises, stretching, balance exercises and healthy eating. His knowledge of food and diet modification plans has helped me tremendously. Andrew is a friend. Truly caring about my well being in the most genuine and human way. It's been a gift to know him and work out with him.

I have followed Andrew around town (and around the gym) for about 4 years. He's been one of the most positive people in my life and has helped me make space to be healthier, happier and more confident in my body. He's been a cheerleader for me and has helped some of my friends, too. You'll never regret an hour you spend with him.
