Introduction: My brand of personal fitness offers the combination of science and art of achieving the desired physique, athleticism, and rehabilitation. I offer educated, confident, and quality training, along with full courtesy to customer service. My confidence in my training methods comes from my educational background (BA in Kinesiology), and my years of experience as a student athlete, which includes division III college football. However, I take pride in my work when my clients deliver positive feedback about how much better they feel, how much more confident they they are at their gym, and the overall success they witness in their training and wellness.

Michael's been training me about a 1.5 years, primarily doing weight training, switching bodybuilding movements and conditioning. I started with basically no knowledge at what to do at the gym and through in-session discussions and demonstrations have a much better idea of how and why proper form is important and some anatomy along the way. Body changes along the way... I look sexier in the mirror :)

Michael has been my trainer for almost two years now. I've had trainers in the past, but he is the best. I'm definitely reaching my fitness goals and I really enjoy my workouts.
